Full-time public servants, brothers Paul and Rick Will, launched Will Enterprises in 1988 with a clear mission: to provide quality, affordable T-shirts and promotional items for schools and community groups. Even as a small side venture, it was a values-driven business grounded in service, integrity, and heart.

In the early days, family and friends helped fulfill orders — a practical extension of our commitment to keeping prices affordable for community groups. Soon, Kevin Ullrich, who leads our nonprofit sales team today, became the first official employee. Josh, Jason, and Eric Will joined in time, and their continued involvement anchors us to the company’s family roots.

Investing in Our Partners, Not Just Our Products

Will Enterprises grew organically by providing competitive pricing, managing logistics, and delivering a personal touch. We invested ourselves in our customers’ causes by participating in walks, volunteering, and yes, even jumping into frozen lakes. As a true community partner, we garnered organizations’ trust, and the word spread.

Today, as Will Customized Products, we proudly help elevate the brands of national organizations such as the American Cancer Society, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Special Olympics. We also service countless corporations and schools across the country.

A Commitment Spanning Decades

More than three decades later, we operate from an 80,000-square-foot facility in Wisconsin, where more than 100 dedicated team members continue to serve the organizations that inspired our journey.

Today, Paul and Rick Will serve as advisors to the company’s new owners and President Greg Foreman, who are infusing energy and resources into enhancing the customer experience. Customers will benefit from an expanded product selection, plant and equipment upgrades, and a new, intuitive website with improved functionality and information.
